SMEDERIJ AVH BV – General Invoice Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These general invoice terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, deliveries, services and invoices issued by Smederij AVH BV, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By accepting a quotation or paying an invoice, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Quotations

• Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise stated.

• All prices are based on the information available at the time of the quotation and remain subject to final measurements.

• Obvious material errors or typographical errors in quotations or invoices shall not be binding upon Smederij AVH BV.

3. Prices and Additional Works

• All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Additional works or services that are not expressly included in the quotation will be charged separately.
